Job Description

Amazon strives to be Earth's most customer-centric company where people can find and discover virtually anything they want to buy online. By giving customers more of what they want - low prices, vast selection, and convenience - Amazon continues to grow and evolve as a world-class e-commerce platform.

This role will be a part of the International Emerging Stores (IES) Shopping team, which strives to help our customers discover earth's largest selection faster, better and easier.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead Navigation and Multi-Store Format Simplification among the Emerging Markets. The key responsibilities include partnering with key stakeholders across business & technology teams to formulate, prioritize and execute the product roadmap. The role is also expected to influence global partner teams to innovate for emerging customers.

The ideal candidate for this position is customer obsessed, data driven and is able to operate with minimal supervision. They should have strong problem solving skills, be able to influence partner teams and juggle multiple tasks with competing deadlines.

Key job responsibilities
Roadmap Management: Define and own a high-quality product roadmap for Navigation and Multi-Store Format Simplification, grounded in business strategy, customer insights, and data. Drive a cross-functional process to translate the desired customer experience into a prioritized, logically sequenced roadmap. Build alignment and buy-in with internal stakeholders and global partner teams.

Requirements & Design: Partner with UX and engineering teams to develop clear, high-quality requirements. Manage scope for each release to deliver key capabilities on time while maintaining a high bar for customer experience.

Product Launch & Adoption: Define and execute go-to-market strategies for new features and experiences. Work closely with engineering, science, and marketing teams to drive adoption and measure impact.

Metrics & Optimization: Define and monitor key performance metrics to track customer impact and business outcomes. Continually optimize based on data, experimentation, and customer feedback.

Operational Excellence: Be comfortable with hands-on, day-to-day problem solving and implementing quick, effective action plans to meet short-term priorities — while equally able to develop and articulate a 3-year strategic vision.

Leadership Communication: Prepare and present business reviews to senior leadership, clearly articulating progress, trade-offs, and investment asks.

About Amazon

Amazon is guided by four principles: customer obsession rather than competitor focus, passion for invention, commitment to operational excellence, and long-term thinking. We are driven by the excitement of building technologies, inventing products, and providing services that change lives. We embrace new ways of doing things, make decisions quickly, and are not afraid to fail. We have the scope and capabilities of a large company, and the spirit and heart of a small one.

Together, Amazonians research and develop new technologies from Amazon Web Services to Alexa on behalf of our customers: shoppers, sellers, content creators, and developers around the world.

Our mission is to be Earth's most customer-centric company. Our actions, goals, projects, programs, and inventions begin and end with the customer top of mind.

You'll also hear us say that at Amazon, it's always "Day 1." What do we mean? That our approach remains the same as it was on Amazon's very first day - to make smart, fast decisions, stay nimble, invent, and focus on delighting our customers.
