Job Description:

Sr. Product Manager – Master Data Management

Ingram Micro is looking for an experienced Sr. Product Manager to drive the roadmap and execution of key master data initiatives that shape the foundation of how our business operates. This is an important role in Ingram Micro's company-wide master data transformation journey — helping build the data structures, governance frameworks, and product experiences that power trusted, consistent, and scalable data across the enterprise.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to shape and deliver a product roadmap for their domain, prioritize initiatives informed by data, and drive execution in partnership with data engineering, enterprise architecture, and business operations stakeholders.

You Will:

  • Drive the product roadmap and execution for one or more master data domains by deeply understanding business needs, data quality challenges, and the evolving enterprise data landscape.
  • Advance a unified approach to master data — including product, customer, vendor, and financial data domains — ensuring consistency, accuracy, and accessibility across the organization.
  • Design and improve data governance processes, data stewardship workflows, and master data lifecycle management experiences that empower business users and reduce friction.
  • Collaborate with Experience Design, Engineering, Analytics, Data Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, and Business Operations teams to define, develop, and launch master data solutions and capabilities.
  • Drive automation and continuous improvement to eliminate data quality issues, reduce manual data handling, and deliver measurable business outcomes such as time savings, cost reduction, and improved decision-making.
  • Partner with data and analytics teams to understand how master data flows across systems, identify gaps, and lead initiatives that improve data reliability and trustworthiness across the enterprise.
  • Monitor and analyze the health and adoption of master data products, using insights to inform the ongoing transformation roadmap.

You Have:

  • 5–8 years of experience in product management, with a strong preference for experience in data, platform, or enterprise product domains.
  • 3+ years of experience building products or platforms for B2B environments, ideally with exposure to data management, ERP systems, or enterprise data platforms.
  • Experience working with cross-functional go-to-market and operations teams to drive adoption of internal data products and capabilities across business units.
  • Familiarity with master data management (MDM) concepts, data governance frameworks, and data quality principles strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools such as Looker or Adobe Analytics, as well as data pipeline or integration concepts, preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data sets and translate them into actionable product decisions.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across technical and business teams.
