This role reports directly to the Head of Product and works closely with Engineering and business stakeholders across the company.
Key Responsibilities
Own Internal Tools Roadmap Define, plan and execute the product roadmap for internal tools across operational teams

Manage Cross-System Dependencies Maintain a clear map of how internal tools interconnect and ensure changes are planned and communicated across affected teams
Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Operations, Customer Service, Sales, and Engineering teams to deliver tools that solve real operational problems
Define Success Metrics Establish and track KPIs including tool adoption rate, workflow efficiency gains, request-to-delivery time, and system uptime
Qualifications
5+ years of product management experience
Experience owning internal tools, operational systems, or platforms built for internal users
Strong systems thinking — able to map dependencies across tools and teams, and design for scalability from the start
Proven ability to manage multiple internal stakeholders with competing priorities simultaneously
Familiarity with internal tools common in fintech operations: CRM, field sales tools, collections/payment tools, or case management platforms
Experience working directly with Engineering to scope and deliver operational software
Detail-oriented: thorough in requirements documentation, edge cases, and handoffs
Excellent communication skills — can align diverse stakeholders and translate operational needs into clear engineering requirements
Experience in agile methodologies
Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services is strongly preferred
