We are seeking a Senior Product Manager at the intersection of AI and go-to-market (GTM) strategy. This is not a traditional PM role. You will define how our AI products enter the market, lead internal advocacy to shift how teams leverage AI, and translate complex technological capabilities into measurable business value.
You will own the GTM AI strategy—evaluating tools with rigor, driving sales implementation, and establishing KPI frameworks. Your core mission is transforming our Sales team into a truly AI-first organization where AI is embedded in daily workflows and operates as the default, not an afterthought.
Own GTM planning for AI products, including positioning, pricing, packaging, sequencing, and market entry across segments.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and SEs to build repeatable GTM motions scaling across direct and partner channels.
Define success metrics (pipeline influence, partner adoption, time-to-value) and iterate strategies using data.
Serve as internal champion, running workshops and deploying repeatable AI workflows to lift organizational capability.
Build agentic AI frameworks (competitive analysis, briefings, GTM assets) that compress cycle times from days to minutes.
Develop adoption playbooks allowing cross-functional teams to confidently deploy their own AI workflows.
Lead market analysis to shape product roadmap priorities and differentiation strategies.
Synthesize customer and partner signals into actionable recommendations for executive leadership.
Contribute to new business models and international expansion opportunities tied to AI offerings.
Orchestrate delivery across Engineering, Design, Legal, Finance, and GTM stakeholders with a strong bias for action.
Define OKRs and KPIs that align product outcomes directly to business impact.
Collaborate with partner-facing teams to scale assets, including playbooks, training materials, and demos.
5+ years in product management, GTM strategy, or a combination, with clear ownership of AI or enterprise software.
Proven track record bringing AI-powered products to market across multiple segments or geographies.
Hands-on familiarity with agentic AI systems, prompt engineering, and workflow automation (you build with the tools you advocate for).
Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to distill complex AI concepts into crisp narratives for the C-suite.
First-principles thinking and comfort creating structure in ambiguous environments.
Experience with RAG pipelines, MCP server integration, or multi-model orchestration.
Experience navigating high-stakes business change (launches, strategic transactions, or transformation).
Proficiency in Python, Power BI, or similar analytical tools.
Relevant certifications in marketing technology, AI, or data disciplines.

Dynatrace keeps today’s AI-driven world working by advancing observability for today’s digital business. The world relies on software, but what isn’t seen is just how much complexity goes on behind the scenes to make sure everything stays up and running. Most businesses today have huge digital ecosystems made up of software, data flows, applications, and hybrid-cloud environments. As these ecosystems grow in complexity, so do the points of failure. Outages and glitches resulting in grounded flights or failed financial transactions prove how critical it is that software works as expected, making AI-powered observability an essential capability to ensure digital businesses run smoothly and recover quickly — keeping the world working. Dynatrace provides businesses with a holistic view of their entire digital ecosystem, removing the burden of operational monitoring and alert management. By automating these tasks, teams are empowered to transform complexity into their greatest asset and to drive their business forward by focusing on high-impact initiatives, driving topline acceleration, fueling innovation, and delivering experiences customers love.
