You’ll be joining NGL (“Not Gonna Lie”), one of the most viral social apps in recent years, with 100M+ monthly users across web and mobile. NGL provides a safe, curious, and authentic space for people to connect through anonymous messaging and self-expression.
Now part of Mode Mobile’s portfolio, NGL is entering its next phase of explosive growth, including expanded monetization, product-led growth, and scaled user acquisition initiatives.
The Mission
Own and scale NGL’s revenue, funnels, and lifecycle growth by turning traffic into durable, monetizable user behavior. You will run growth as a system…from acquisition through retention…while protecting the viral mechanics that make NGL work.
This role is measured in metrics shipped, not features shipped.

About the Role
This role reports directly to the General Manager - NGL and will develop strategy and roadmap, rally the team, oversee execution, and analyze the results. You will work cross-functionally with Monetization, Paid UA, Engineering, Design, and Data, and you will own feature rollout end-to-end in partnership with Engineering.
