We are looking for a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager for Growth Hormone at Novo Nordisk. The final level will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, scope of ownership, and demonstrated commercial impact.

You will be part of the Rare Disease Business Unit, located in our Seoul office. Our team is devoted in making a difference in the lives of patients with rare diseases. The atmosphere is fast-paced and dynamic, with a strong focus on collaboration and innovation.
In this role, you will own the local marketing strategy and commercial execution for the Growth Hormone portfolio, including existing and upcoming products. You will identify growth opportunities, translate market insights into actionable brand plans, and work closely with Sales and Medical teams to improve product adoption, patient access, and business performance.
You will also contribute to the marketing strategy for a future rare endocrinology therapy area and lead cross-functional initiatives with internal and external stakeholders. The level of the position, Product Manager or Senior Product Manager, will be determined based on the candidate’s experience and demonstrated ability to independently drive commercial impact. This is a permanent position reporting to the Product Lead Manager, Rare Disease Marketing.
