- The Sr. Product Manager - Chemistry / Physics at FLINN SCIENTIFIC INC will be responsible for driving the strategic vision and execution of product development within the Chemistry and Physics domains. This role requires a deep understanding of scientific principles and market trends to innovate and enhance product offerings, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and management of product roadmaps for Chemistry and Physics, aligning with business objectives and market demands.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product launches and lifecycle management.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for new product development and improvement of existing products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including educators and industry experts, to gather insights and feedback for product innovation.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings and achieve business targets.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the product development process.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior product managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications

Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Physics, or a related scientific field. A Master's degree or higher is preferred.
Required

Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, specifically within the scientific or educational products industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products in the chemistry or physics domain.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, and sales, to drive product development and market strategy.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and positioning.
