Join the global leader in AI/HPC Infrastructure. As a Senior Product Manager at Supermicro, you will own the end-to-end roadmap for our high-density, liquid-cooled rack solutions. You will drive "First-to-Market" innovation, transforming cutting-edge NVIDIA, Intel, and AMD silicon into scalable, Direct Liquid Cooling (DLC) systems that power the world’s largest AI clusters.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):
    Architect the Rack-Scale Roadmap (L10/L11): Define specifications for 100kW+ power delivery and Direct Liquid Cooling (DLC) manifolds, ensuring Supermicro’s integrated racks support the next generation of 1200W+ GPUs.
  • Accelerate "First-to-Market" Launches: Partner with silicon giants to align our thermal and mechanical designs with their release cycles, ensuring we ship production-ready clusters ahead of the industry.
  • Optimize Data Center Thermal Efficiency: Develop cooling stacks that achieve a PUE of <1.06, managing the lifecycle of CDUs and Rear Door Heat Exchangers to provide hyperscale customers a clear ROI path.
  • Manage Product P&L and Supply Chain Velocity: Oversee the financial health of the AI portfolio, balancing SKU complexity with the high-mix, high-volume manufacturing speed required by Tier-1 Cloud Service Providers.
  • Synthesize Infrastructure Telemetry: Integrate SuperCloud Composer and thermal monitoring tools to drive hardware revisions, ensuring 99.99% uptime for mission-critical AI training and inference workloads.

Qualifications:

  • BS/MS in Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering, or equivalent is desirable
  • 8+ years related drafting experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Product Lifecycle Expertise: 7+ years in PM roles focusing on L10/L11 (Rack-Scale) integration for high-performance AI or supercomputing environments
  • Thermal Infrastructure Domain Knowledge: Deep technical understanding of Coolant Distribution Units (CDUs), Manifolds, Cold Plates, and secondary fluid loops
  • Hardware Ecosystem Fluency: Proven track record launching products involving NVIDIA HGX (H100/B200), AMD Instinct, or Intel Gaudi architectures
  • Data Center Economics: Mastery of PUE and TCO modeling, with the ability to quantify the ROI of liquid-cooling vs. air-cooling for hyperscale clients
  • Operational Velocity: Experience in High-Mix, High-Volume manufacturing; ability to manage global supply chain constraints for rapid delivery
  • Strategic Communication: Ability to translate complex mechanical engineering specs into value-based Go-To-Market (GTM) collateral for C-suite stakeholders

Salary Range

​$162,000 - $182,000

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
