Are you ready to make your mark?You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Intermedia's UCaaS & CCaaS products, with a specific emphasis on harnessing the power of AI and data to deliver transformative insights and capabilities to our enterprise customers, carriers, and vertical markets. Your deep understanding of communication data and its potential will be instrumental in defining our product roadmap and vision. You'll collaborate closely with engineers to develop AI-powered tools that leverage voice, chat, SMS, email and other communication data, enabling our customers to unlock new levels of efficiency, productivity, and decision-making. As Intermedia's solutions evolve to meet the complex needs of large, multi-location customers, your expertise in data analytics and AI will guide the development of intelligent features that cater to specific verticals and use cases. Your vision and leadership will be crucial in driving our AI & Data strategy, expanding our market share, and solidifying our position as an innovator in the UCaaS space.Other product management responsibilities will include tracking and driving the business, understanding the dynamics of our products through metrics, tracking and addressing customer satisfaction and usability feedback, as well as tracking and reacting to competitive market dynamics.
