The Senior Product Manager is the category leader responsible for championing the long-term growth strategy for ITW Mechanical Fastening's concrete anchoring portfolio. In this role, you will help shape the vision, roadmap, and investment priorities for a market-leading category while balancing customer needs, market opportunities, technical capabilities, and business objectives. Working across Sales, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Marketing, you will serve as the voice of the customer, voice of the market, and voice of the business throughout the product development and commercialization process.
This is an opportunity to shape the future of one of ITW Mechanical Fastening's most important product categories. You'll have responsibility for portfolio strategy, innovation priorities, commercialization efforts, and long-term growth planning while working closely with cross-functional leaders across the business.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $145,000, with final compensation determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
