What you will do

We are seeking an experienced marketer to develop customer-centric strategies and tactical plans that enhance customer experience and deliver clinical value to patients. This role is responsible for managing the commercial success of the assigned brand while preparing for future growth opportunities for Solid Tumor (lung cancer and prostate cancer). Working closely with cross-functional partners, the Product Manager will lead brand strategy, execution, and launch readiness to maximize business impact throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Accountabilities:

• Be accountable for brand strategic, operational and customer coordinating matters.
• Detailed implementation of strategy and development/tracking of key performance indicators to measure brand success.
• Analyze market, customer, and business insights to identify opportunities and recommend actionable improvements to brand plans and execution.
• Own the working relationships between all internal partners (medical affairs, regulatory affairs, market access and finance teams) and external business partners to ensure the brand(s) objectives are achieved; gather insights from internal and external stakeholders to drive cross-functional collaboration, facilitate decision-making, manage projects, and communicate progress through regular business updates.
• Build up external partnerships with asset-creating agencies, public relations firms, and KOLs will also be the responsibility.
• Translate scientific, patient, caregiver, and HCP insights into actionable brand strategies, tactical plans, and measurable business outcomes.

• Stay in sync with all relevant internal policies, procedures, and work practices.

What we expect of you

Basic Qualifications

• Science-based background is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of commercial pharmaceutical experience, with relevant experience in marketing or product management preferred.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Results-orientated and demonstrating can-do attitude.
• Demonstrated ability to build strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
