We’re looking for a SeniorProduct Managerto lead the strategyand executionforourRevenueCycleandComprehensive Health Evaluation (CHE) programcapabilitieswithin our DaVita Integrated Kidney Care (DaVita IKC) organization In this role, you’ll be responsiblefor identifying, developing, and launching products that will transformour operations.
Responsibilities:
Define and Execute Product Strategy Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for new initiatives, fromdiscoveryand requirements gathering to launch and post-launch optimization.Effectively translate the product strategy into a product roadmap that serves business outcomes and value delivery.
Identify and PrioritizeHigh-Impact Use CasesUsing data and customer insights, work closely withusers andstakeholders to identify and prioritize opportunities that align with our objectives
Translate Business Needs into Solutions:Translate customer needs and technical insights intoclear and concise product specifications and requirements that articulate user stories, functionality, and technical constraints
ManageCross-Functional Collaboration Partner withoperations teams,engineering,compliance, and clinical teams to build, test, and deploy solutionsEnsure solutions arecompliant,safe, accurate, reliable, and integrated seamlessly into our platforms.
Communicate and EvangelizeProductAct as the internal subject matter expertfor ourRevenue Cycle and CHE for ourvalue-based care product team and business. Effectively communicate product vision, strategy, and results to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
Monitor and Measure Success Define and analyze Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) to measure the impact and success of products, using data to inform future iterations and roadmap.Monitorintegrationdata flow,identify and preventerrors,and ensure highqualitybilling processes.
Manage Vendor Relationships:Manage thevendorrelationships of the products within ourdigital portfolio.Hold vendors accountable to SLAs anddriveresolution of defects that impact revenue cycle operations.
Maintain Market & Competitive Intelligence Be an expert on the competitive landscape and how to strategically position the organization to excel inourvalue-based care initiatives.
Qualifications
EducationBachelor's degree;MBA or advanced degree preferred
Product Management5+ years of experience as a product manager, with a strong track record of launching successful software products.Experiencein healthcare revenue cycleproductspreferred.
Strategic & Analytical Thinking:The ability to think big picture and translate complex, ambiguous problems into a clear product roadmap with measurable outcomes.
Communication and InfluenceExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others
Healthcare Industry Knowledge:Experience withthe healthcare industryand the technology used within Knowledge of chronic disease managementand risk adjustmentarea plus

The Salary Range for the role is $85,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year.
