We are seeking a Liquid Cooling Solution Product Manager to drive the development and enhancement of innovative cooling solutions for data centers. This role involves conducting market analysis, gathering customer insights, and defining product roadmaps to align with business goals. The ideal candidate will collaborate with engineering, design, and sales teams to ensure successful product launches while maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead competitive analysis and market research to identify strategic opportunities and shape product direction.
  • Own the collection and synthesis of customer feedback; translate insights into clear product strategy and prioritized initiatives.
  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap aligned with company goals.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure successful product delivery and launches.
  • Facilitate alignment across departments on product goals, priorities, and timelines; act as the primary product decision-maker.
  • Partner with engineering to evaluate technical feasibility, assess risks, and define mitigation plans for key features and releases.
  • Develop and manage product plans (timelines, milestones, deliverables); monitor progress and proactively adjust to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with design and FW teams to deliver intuitive, user-centric interfaces; guide usability testing and iteration.
  • Establish and oversee QA processes; work with QA to ensure product quality and reliability before release.
  • Define and track product performance metrics; own dashboards and stakeholder reporting that drive continuous improvement.
  • Allocate and prioritize resources effectively across initiatives to maximize impact.
  • Ensure products meet relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements; stay current on changes and adjust development processes accordingly.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to more junior product team members as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field, Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in product management, preferably in cooling solutions for datacenters or related industry.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
