As a Senior Product Manager within the Microsoft AI Monetization Platform Trust & Safety team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our products remain safe, trustworthy, and effective. This role focuses on strengthening Ads Trust & Safety through scalable measurement frameworks, risk visibility, business intelligence, anomaly detection, and data-driven decision making. You will help shape how risk is understood, monitored, and acted upon across the advertising ecosystem, enabling sustainable business growth while protecting user and advertiser trust.
The ideal candidate for this role:
Has expertise in Trust & Safety, Integrity, Fraud Prevention, Abuse Prevention, Risk Management, or related domains.
Demonstrates strong product leadership and a bias for action, driving measurable impact through data-driven decision making.
Operates effectively across complex cross-functional environments, balancing business, policy, operational, and technical considerations.
Excels at translating ambiguous problems into scalable solutions and influencing outcomes across organizations.
Possesses strong analytical capabilities and uses data to identify opportunities, risks, and product investments.
