Disney Vacation Club – This role is on the Disney Vacation Club team, which supports membership experiences, sales, and operations through tailored technology solutions.

WhatYouWillDo:

As a Senior Product Manager for Disney Vacation Club, you willbe responsible fordriving strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement across multiple product areas. Key responsibilities include:

  • Contribute to the development of the product vision, strategy, and outcome-based roadmaps for the business.

  • Define product strategy and present vision and strategic plans to executive leadership throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally withtechnology and business leaders toestablishstrategies thatleveragetechnology to drive business growth.

  • Lead teams and internal squads to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope.

  • Translate product concepts into actionable deliverables including user stories, epics, and detailed requirements and manage through backlog refinement, prioritization, and user acceptance testing.

  • Attend daily scrums, drive priority decisions, and resolve roadblocks to ensure smooth product rollouts.

  • Negotiate through blockers and influence decisions across technology and business teams.

  • Be datainformed by using qualitative and quantitative research, analytics, documentation, and testing.

  • Stay informed on marketing technology trends and emerging technologies to inform product strategy.

  • Provide regular product and scorecard updates to business and technology leadership.

  • Support ongoing documentation, reporting, and coordination of feature launches and enhancements.

It is key for this role tohave an understanding ofhow to use product management models and technology to create an exceptional guest experience, support businessoperationsandoptimizeCast and Member experiences.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work withina diverseand cross-functional teams in a meaningful way to produce quality results.

  • Demonstratedproficiencyin strategy development and day-to-dayoperationsaligning with business priorities bringing the concepts to reality.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills and proven experience driving alignment across multiple stakeholders and mediums.

  • Understanding ofthe latest product management frameworks and theories and how to apply them to create impactful experiences.

  • Aunderstanding of current Disney Experience capabilities as it relates to converging technology seamlessly into the Guest experience.

  • Out of the box thinking, ability tobrokercreative solutions with internal and external teams to overcome roadblocks and move projects forward.

  • Executes on data driven strategies and stayingabrestof the latest business and market trends while alsomonitoringguest behavior through analytics and consumer testing to track against KPI’s.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years combined business and digital experience

  • Served as the lead on medium to large technology projects, including collaborating on estimates, scope, and plans

  • Experience with technical,userand business issues in a digital organization

  • Identifyand articulate the impact of the latest industry trends on our business

  • Work collaboratively across large matrixed organizations

  • Experience collaborating with andachieveapplicable results through others and the capability to interact within all levels

  • Experience with Agile software developmentmethodology

  • Proactive thinker with the ability to thrive in an often ambiguous, fast paced environment

  • Cultivate andmaintainstrong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization

  • Working knowledge of markets, products, and competitivelandscape(includingabilityto predict and explain current/future trends), and the ability to translate (both verbally and in writing) technologies into business value

  • Strong analytical and financial skills

  • Timeshare industry or related travel industry experience preferred

Required Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related fieldrequired

The hiring range for this position in Orlando, FL is $135,200 to $181,200 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
