We are seeking a Semi-senior Advanced / Senior Product Manager to join Rootstrap’s Product team in Argentina, Uruguay, and Colombia Here at Rootstrap, we deliver exceptional work and have a great time doing it. The product team is growing, and we are looking for experienced product managers to join the challenge and work hand in hand with our clients in the USA.

As a Product Manager at Rootstrap, your integral role involves shaping and implementing innovative product visions for our clients. Operating as a collaborative consultant and team contributor, you will actively engage in various aspects of product development. In your position, you will work alongside various teams, such as designers, engineers, and other departments, to create the product strategy and roadmap, bringing the client's vision to life. Your duties encompass the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch.

What are the main responsibilities of this role?

• Lead the delivery process for multiple initiatives in parallel while working in cross-functional teams.
• Provide leadership in product discovery for products in the 0 to 1 and growth stages, guiding the team in identifying opportunities and solutions.
• Manage stakeholders and their expectations.
• Identify and define problems accurately, generate ideas, and prioritize them with input from key stakeholders.
• Elaborate on a roadmap to help everyone understand where the product is going and be the vision keeper.
• Write precise, efficient product specs, including transforming requirements into user stories that can be developed on the sprints.
• Participate actively in standard agile ceremonies (daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint retrospectives, sprint demos, etc.)
• Collaborate with other leaders on the team and work actively with stakeholders on the product strategy to drive outcome-oriented results.

Which skills and experience do we envision for this role?

• Candidates must have a proven track record of successfully launching digital products to the market. (Required)
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a product manager, preferably with a software development or technical background, helps understand the product lifecycle, development processes, and the challenges of bringing new products to the market (Required).
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or a technical field, is beneficial.
• Experience working closely with product teams, designers, and engineers to deliver the highest quality user experience.
• You can demonstrate your Product Management skills: Prioritization, discovery, analytics, negotiation, facilitation, ownership, and research.
• Advanced experience with the Agile development process and a clear understanding of the digital product development lifecycle.
• Proven relevant technical skills, data analysis, technical writing, implementation of product analytics tools, A/B testing, and programming basics are a plus.
• Advanced or bilingual English for non-native speakers (Required).
• Located in Latin America, we primarily work with clients in the EST and PST time zones, accommodating their schedules as needed.
