Supermicro is seeking an experienced project manager for ethernet switch products. This role requires a strong switch product knowledge, project development process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage projects effectively.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Work with sales/BD/FAE to promote switch products
2. Coordinate RD, procurement, and manufacture teams to complete NPI process
3. Define product spec, role and responsibilities for customized products with customers
4. Travel for customer matters or teamwork
5. Presentation, documentation and collect market information
6. Work with ODM/CM/SoC vendors to resolve issues including but not limited to quality, volume, shipment, documentation, schedule…
7. Find root cause of field issues and implement solutions in time

Qualifications:

1. Excellent communication skill and a team worker, a responsible person who can work under stress to meet schedule with enthusiasm.
2. Creative thinking, work smart, dedicate and motivate team members.
3. Multi-language speaker, English is a MUST
4. 5+ years in Ethernet switch industry, familiar with kinds of switches
5. Knowing well about NPI process to coordinate internal teams
6. Experience in working with CM and ODM to complete a product delivery from scratch
7. Familiar with RFI/RFP/RFQ processes
8. Strong background in networking technology, application and standards, can do trouble shooting is a plus
9. Strong background in network product manufacturing is a plus
