What You’ll Do
Shape the Vision
Define and communicate a clear product strategy aligned with long-term company goals
Identify market opportunities through customer insights and competitive analysis
Drive innovation across new features, enhancements, and product launches
Lead Execution
Own and prioritize the product roadmap
Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing to deliver successful launches
Establish clear goals (OKRs) and measure outcomes
Inspire & Develop Talent
Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers
Foster collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement
Support team growth through coaching and performance development
Drive Smart Decisions
Use data, analytics, and customer feedback to guide product direction
Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape
Oversee the full product lifecycle from concept to retirement
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience as a Product Manager with a track record of delivering successful products
Strong product strategy and roadmap ownership experience
Analytical mindset with comfort using data to drive decisions
Experience working in Agile environments
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Leadership experience guiding cross-functional teams
Familiarity with tools like Jira, PostHog, or Aha
Passion for cooperative principles is a plus
