Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Gather customer insights through visits and feedback, and translate them into effective campaigns.
  • Identify business opportunities in a dynamic and complex environment.
  • Develop and deliver impactful HCP education content in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Design campaigns aligned with overall strategy.
  • Manage and execute marketing campaigns efficiently with smart budget planning.
  • Support the development of brand and tactical plans.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above; major in medicine or pharmacy preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or medical affairs.
  • Experience in breast cancer or related oncology areas is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing promotional campaigns.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset and strong team player.
  • Passionate, self-motivated, and skilled in KOL management.
  • Excellent oral and written communication in English.
  • High compliance awareness and integrity.
