Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Support the Solution Engineering team by being responsible for winning enterprise customers and increasing solution revenue
2. Carry out marketing and technological research to help decision making on solution development directions
3. Lead in solution development, work with design, testing engineers to enable new enterprise and data center solutions
4. Support in pre-sales engagement by working with customers closely and providing creative solutions that meet requirements of demanding customers
5. Manage solution integration projects from design to delivery, achieve the best customer satisfaction
6. Improve revenue by collaborating with channel partners and technology partners to expand the ecosystems
7. Improve revenue by working with sales, marketing closely and promoting new solutions effectively
8. Provide solution trainings to internal organizations, partners, resellers and end customers

Qualifications:

1. BS or Master's degree in engineering discipline or business is highly preferable
2. 5+ years of IT relate experience preferred
3. Knowledgeable in Date Center application
4. Strong initiative and ability to work in a self-directed environment
5. Effective organization and planning skills
6. Demonstrated experience working in cross-functional organizations
7. Creative thinker, to develop new strategies and solutions
8. Ability to lead extended teams and meet deadlines
9. Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs
10. Strong analytical, negotiation and problem solving skills
11. Solid communications skills, both verbal and written
