Fandom is growing! Our Sr Product Manager 2, Monetization & CRM opportunity is a remote role based in Poland and reports to our VP of Product Monetization.
Fandom reaches over 350 million monthly fans, creating a unique opportunity to build products that connect advertisers with deeply engaged audiences. As a senior product leader within the Monetization organization, you will define and drive the strategy for lifecycle monetization across Fandom’s logged-in audience ecosystem.
In this role, you will own the vision, roadmap, and execution for CRM-driven monetization capabilities, enabling advertisers to engage fans through high-impact lifecycle touchpoints such as email, messaging, and owned audience experiences. You will work at the intersection of advertising, audience intelligence, and lifecycle marketing, building scalable platforms that transform Fandom’s first-party fan signals into monetizable engagement opportunities.
You will lead complex cross-functional initiatives spanning Product, Engineering, Data Science, Ad Operations, Sales, and Marketing, driving innovation in areas such as audience segmentation, signal enrichment, campaign activation, and personalization. Your work will directly influence Fandom’s ability to grow revenue, deepen fan engagement, and unlock new monetization models across our ecosystem.
