Your Key Responsibilities

• Monitor performance of assigned program and recommend program changes to maximize results.
• Utilize marketplace benchmarking and utilize market intelligence data to identify new business opportunities.
• Coordinate all product development and management activities.
• Create, adapt and continuously optimize marketing plans and operational measures to ensure optimized product positioning in the market.
• Maintain a strong cooperation with the R&D department to guarantee an exchange about the latest trends and customer expectations.
• Visit customers and contribute to respective offerings on a regular base to ensure the program meets the customer needs.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or equivalent Experience.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in a related role.
• Automotive Aftermarket Experience
• Proven experience in product management, business development, or marketing within a relevant industry.
• Experience managing products or product lines through various stages of the product life cycle.
• Familiarity with coordinating product launches, re-launches, and product portfolio management.
• Experience conducting external benchmarking and analyzing market intelligence to identify new opportunities.
• Proven track record of developing and optimizing marketing plans and operational strategies.
• Willingness to travel is required. (25%).
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship.
