Job Description：

New Product Development or localization on Rotary Compressor products. Have product system design capability. Responsible for package and system design work requirement, including 3D layout, 2D drawing and product engineering database deliverables.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for R&D on Rotary compressor system design.
• Assistant procurement quotation to achieve product cost target during R&D.
• Responsible for project schedule on time delivery effectively.
• Communication with cross function team to meet marketing requirement.
• Work together with mechanic designer and electrical engineer to complete project execution smoothly.
• Build BOM with Wind-chill system and support machine manufacture building in plant.
• Implement ECN activity by project requirement.

Job Requirement：

• Bachelor degree or above, Major in Mechanical Engineering，Fluid machinery or compressor industry. Rotary compressor design experience is preferred.
• 5+ years related working experience.
• Familiar new product develop process & experience.
• Skilled in Cero/ ProE & Wind-chill system.
• Fluent in oral English & Good on reading and written English
• Good communication and team work skills.
• Having Project management experience is preferred.
