About the role: We are seeking a Senior Product Designer with 5+ years of work experience in the SaaS arena. The ideal candidate will be skilled at each stage of the design process but always focused on the needs of the end user. You will work with product managers, engineers and other designers as part of cross-functional teams that own and manage different products. You will rely heavily on both qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions.
Experience with AI- Design tooling is mandatory. Applications without a folio will not be considered.
If you are someone who not only understands but can also demonstrate a strong muscle memory of design fundamentals and applied areas - we want you aboard!

What are we looking for:

• At least 5+ years of relevant professional experience, bonus points if you have 1 or more years in building and maintaining design systems
• Proven experience in all phases of the design process including user research, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing
• A broad portfolio that demonstrates your design chops across the phases mentioned above demonstrating a strong understanding of client objectives
• Proven visual design skills that value the craft and quality of a user experience (hierarchy, layout, interactions, etc.)
• Well versed with Vibe-designing, familiarity with AI-tooling for design
• Experience as a contributor to multiple high impact projects and work as a “team-of-one”
• An intuitive eye for user, customer, business needs beyond the obvious
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members
• Ability to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback
• Ability to effectively communicate and persuade around design concepts
• Passion for design; not satisfied with the status quo and always thinking of ways to improve
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Dynamic, creative personality, effective at engaging and influencing a variety of audiences
• Provide assistance to Junior designers, PMs and product engineers when needed
• Recommend new tools and technologies by staying abreast of the latest trends and techniques

• You enjoy socializing design across the organization.
• You care about partnering and collaborating effectively through documentation, office hours, and pairing with fellow designers
• You have experience with supporting partner teams in adopting and contributing to the design system
• You care about your craft, and strive to improve quality of designs at scale
• You have a fundamental understanding of how to design across various breakpoints, devices, and locales, and can bridge the gap between design and code
• You can quickly iterate and communicate ideas across various levels of fidelity, and can receive and provide feedback constructively
• You understand your way around front end code, even if at a basic level
• You're passionate about creating inclusive, accessible products
• You have experience creating engaging illustrations, icons and animations that bridge the brand identity, user experience and business needs
• Identify new product improvement opportunities
• Analyze how a new product/flow/feature satisfies market needs and consumer preferences
• Stay up to date on current industry trends and market conditions
• Coordinate with other design team members to ensure consistent and accurate communication
• Modify and revise existing designs to meet changing customer preferences
• Present product design ideas to cross-functional teams and senior leadership
