The design team is growing! We're looking for a product designer who loves diving into complex problems to translate them into meaningful outcomes and solutions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, loves their craft, and puts the user at the center of their decision-making. You will be a part of a cross-functional squad to collaborate on planning, requirements, research, and design. As a product designer at an earlier-stage startup, you have an opportunity to make a substantial impact on the product, processes, and company.
We’re looking for someone who is open to a hybrid work schedule and is available to come into our San Francisco office ~3 days per week. Due to this, we’re only able to consider individuals located in San Francisco, CA for this role.
Lead product design for our newest AI research agent product, working directly with customers to understand their workflow needs and deliver intuitive interfaces with AI products and their outputs.
Design and implement functional, beautiful, and scalable interfaces to help enable our customers to realize our product's full value.
Continuously collaborate with product managers and engineers—from discovery to delivery.
Envision the future of the product through north star thinking and prototyping ideas that close the gap between ‘what is’ and ‘what could be.’
Evaluate your ideas by testing your solutions with real users and customers throughout the process.
Advocate for our users and challenge yourself and others to think more holistically about the whole customer journey beyond the product.
Play a key role in helping to scale our product, design system, team, and processes.
4+ years of experience as a Product Designer within the enterprise software/ AI space.
A ‘full-stack designer’, able to proactively lead on user research & discovery, wireframes, UX design, UI design, and prototyping.
Experience designing intuitive software products loved by end-users and customers.
Experience in working with complex analytical user workflows informed by complicated data sets.
Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, excelling in having technical conversations with Engineering.
Passion for design and a drive to build best-in-class solutions for customers.
Customer empathy and a propensity for bringing users into the conversation early, and often.
Detailed-oriented and always striving to uncover all the needs, requirements, and edge cases to ship great products.
Strong team player. You’re a great listener, able to facilitate discussion and move diverse opinions towards clear decisions.
Familiarity with front-end frameworks and design tools (we ❤️ Figma).
Competitive Salary starting at $170,000 USD/Year. This starting number can be increased based on levels of expertise, location, cost of living, taxes, market experience, etc.
