All about the role:

Our ambition here at Electrolux is to lead the enhancement of the Consumer Journey. In order to keep a more direct and significant relationship with them, we created the Consumer Journey sector, with an organized structure that is completely consumer-centered, reuniting under one perspective the main functions that are part of this journey. Within the area, our Consumer Care team work dynamically to offer the best aftersales services to our consumers, delivering outstanding experiences in order to make them loyal ambassadors to our brands.

What you'll do:

As a Senior Product Category Analyst, you will be responsible for developing new digital products and managing the current LATAM portfolio. You will monitor market trends and the performance of key players in the service industry, generating insights through both qualitative and quantitative analysis.

In detail, you will:

  • Develop and manage new digital products across LATAM countries, ensuring alignment with consumer needs and business strategy.

  • Own the product portfolio, build and maintain the product roadmap, and lead market research and data analysis to identify consumer behaviors and emerging trends.

  • Provide strategic recommendations and launch plans based on insights to drive profitability and conversion rates.

  • Monitor product performance and propose improvements to meet sales targets and enhance user experience.

  • Identify and implement process improvements across multiple areas of the organization to increase efficiency and profitability.

  • Track competitor activity to uncover opportunities and anticipate market shifts.

  • Stay up to date with the service industry landscape, including potential threats, innovations, and challenges.

As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/EAI).

Who you are:

You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing or related fields.

  • Experience in product management, product development, or business analysis, preferably in digital services or consumer goods.

  • Strong analytical capabilities, including market research, data interpretation, and strategic planning.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with agile methodologies is considered an advantage.

  • Fluent English. Spanish is a plus.

Where you'll be:

You will be based at the Curitiba administrative office. Located in Prado Velho, it is a new Electrolux location designed from the start to allow for more efficient, connected and flexible collaboration between Electrolux’s support teams.

OR

You will be based at the São Paulo office, the center of Electrolux Sales and Marketing operations in Brazil and the workplace of collaborators who are driven by the creation of value along the steps of the Consumer Journey.
