The Principal ERP & Procurement Integration Specialist is a senior enterprise-level individual contributor responsible for leading procurement-related ERP integrations across Honeywell Process Technology, with a focus on SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA deployments supporting acquisitions, business integrations, and ERP transformations. This role serves as the functional authority and strategic advisor for procurement integration initiatives, driving Source-to-Pay process harmonization, procurement data governance, and deployment standardization across SAP and related procurement platforms. The role partners closely with Procurement, Sourcing, IT, Finance, Shared Services, Audit, Compliance, and business leadership teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and sustainable solutions while mitigating integration, operational, and compliance risks. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Enterprise Integration Leadership

Serve as the functional authority for procurement-related SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA integrations, leading acquisition integrations, ERP transformations, deployment governance, and issue escalation across Honeywell businesses.

SAP S/4HANA Functional & Data Governance Authority

Establish and govern procurement data standards, stewardship processes, support master data governance, migration strategy, and control framework development to ensure scalable, compliant, and standardized SAP solutions.

Drive enterprise-wide sourcing data mapping coordination across SAP, Ariba, and related procurement platforms.

Process Excellence & Business Performance

Act as steward for continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, analytics, KPI governance, and performance reporting to enhance procurement effectiveness, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Support Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) harmonization, including integration of SAP S/4HANA with Ariba, Basware, and other procurement technologies.

Executive & Cross-Functional Influence

Act as a trusted advisor to Procurement, Finance, IT, Audit, Compliance, and business leaders, driving stakeholder alignment, change management, and successful adoption of integrated procurement solutions

You Must Have / Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in ERP, procurement, field deployment, integration leadership, or related business transformation roles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA procurement processes, including acquisitions, business integrations, ERP deployments, and complex business transitions.
  • Documented S4 HANA integration (last 3 years)
  • Strong project and program management experience, with a proven track record leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving Procurement, IT, Finance, Audit, Compliance, and business stakeholders
  • Experience leading large-scale global ERP deployments with the ability to establish integration standards, deployment playbooks, and deployment readiness criteria.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement master data governance, data stewardship, data migration, and enterprise-wide data mapping activities across SAP and related procurement platforms.

Preferred / We Value

  • Intermediate analytics capabilities, including proficiency with SQL, Power BI, and data-querying tools to support data validation, reporting, performance management, and decision-making.
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain, Source-to-Pay (S2P), and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, including process harmonization and standardization.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (or equivalent) and demonstrated application of continuous improvement methodologies to optimize processes and controls.
  • Working knowledge of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Segregation of Duties (SoD), and SOX requirements within ERP-enabled business environments.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility, drive alignment, and provide strategic guidance across business and functional leadership teams.
