The role owns the Procurement Capability Framework, leads the Advanced Procurement Academy, and drives talent, leadership, and capability development across the function.

The role owns the Procurement Capability Framework, leads the Advanced Procurement Academy, and drives talent, leadership, and capability development across the function.
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
· Lead the Sandoz Advanced Procurement Academy.
· Develop scalable learning journeys across strategic, commercial, digital, functional, and leadership capabilities.
· Build an integrated learning ecosystem combining training, coaching, mentoring, digital learning, and experiential development.
· Ensure alignment with broader Sandoz growth and development initiatives.
