About this Position

What you´ll do

  • Lead sourcing strategies for a broad Packaging
    portfolio across NAMEX, aligned with global priorities
  • Negotiate and secure competitive, resilient commercial
    agreements across the supplier base
  • Manage supplier relationships to drive performance,
    optimization, innovation, and long-term value
  • Oversee supplier selection, segmentation, and ongoing
    portfolio optimization
  • Deliver commercial value through a strong pipeline of
    optimization initiatives, enabling cost savings and improved agility
  • Identify and mitigate supply risks across a complex
    portfolio, ensuring continuity and resilience
  • Accelerate delivery of Henkel’s sustainability agenda
    through sourcing strategies
  • Drive innovation in packaging solutions to improve
    efficiency and performance
  • Partner cross-functionally to support new product
    launches and business growth

What makes you a good fit

  • Purchasing experience, or four-year college degree with six years of related experience
  • MBA degree with a minimum of three years of related
  • Expert knowledge of market, including market dynamics, general industry and cost drivers
  • Demonstrated knowledge of purchasing practices, supply chain management and contract law as it applies to the procurement process
  • Strong ability to drive cross-functional teams, to multi-task and manage complexity
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Proven presentation skills
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to identify milestones and meet deadlines
  • Self-starter with strategic mindset
  • Advanced level in Excel
  • Advanced English
  • SAP and Ariba experience will be considered
