Applies broad knowledge of the Manufacturing Process Improvement area to independently drive the execution of tasks, processes, and projects, delivering solutions requiring a higher degree of autonomy. May coach and/or provide guidance to team members to ensure complex tasks are completed to organizational standards. Responsible for manufacturing operational improvement and cost savings to improve the organization's profitability and efficiency. Responsibilities This job applies comprehensive knowledge within the Manufacturing Process Improvement area to independently execute complex tasks and initiatives following best practices and methods with minimal oversight. Evaluates manufacturing operations to identify areas for efficiency gains and improvement. Implements design changes and advanced techniques to optimize performance. Coordinates with production teams to resolve challenges and uphold process integrity. Employs Lean principles to enhance workflow and productivity. Works independently to maintain high-quality deliverables and guide team practices. Contributes to the implementation of key area processes and initiatives, and ensures methods align with the overall functional and business strategy, while operating effectively in a matrix organization to align multiple stakeholders. Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $80,200 - $134,250. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.
