
Lead strategic, critical procurement initiatives related to Sustainability, Process Improvements & IT Tools updates and implementations. Ensure all existing and new procedures, work instructions and process maps (BIC) are kept up to date and develop new procedures as required.
Incorporate changes into existing processes and procedures to support NGVs, and drive functional preparedness for Sustainability requirements, new regulations, customers requirements and Audit gaps closures.
Key Job Areas of Responsibilities
Process Management: (AOP projects/Audits/ Procedures)
Lead all strategic critical procurement initiatives on process changes, new procedures/work instructions to be created
Incorporate changes in existing processes/procedures for NGVs, new regulations/customers requirements, Kaizens, RCCA and systemic fixes and Audit feedbacks
Drive Procurement AOP/ STRAP objectives
Organize feedback & working sessions with all sub -functions GBE/Cmdty/Quality/Indirect/IT on the short- & long-term priorities & initiatives.
Reviews with the Stakeholders Final proposals and timelines.
Monitor Implementation & report out progress.
Internal Procurement & Supplier Audits for Compliance and Regulatory readiness
Review & modify checklist & decks for Internal teams (Quality/Cmdty) to incorporate new criteria related to Sustainability/Capacity etc
Support Process Management (SRM / Inflation / Scorecard)
Support “SRM preparation” MOS
Support Process Improvement
-Monitor and propose additional requirements
Update global SRM function procedures/BIC maps
Ensure process compliance & manage external & internal SRM audits.
Analyze, propose & incorporate new relevant risks – cyber security/ new regulations compliances etc
Drive Inflation committee MOS with Sr Commodity Director
-Schedule calls & Manage Weekly MOS for cases to be presented (Checked for pre- requisite to add to Agenda)
-Release MOM
Financial check & Pugh Analysis per buyer's request
-Add Risk Analysis summary to the finding with drivers along with reports.
Supplier scorecard Management - Lead Quarterly Supplier score card MOS with Sr Cmdty Director/GBE Directors/Functional Excellence Dir/Quality Director
-Ensure manual updates are done each month and data correctness
-Work on supplier/buyer queries for the score errors/ issue clarifications
Sustainability: Lead Strategic Sustainability initiatives for Procurement
Lead Sustainability roadmap for procurement
-Policy reviews & change proposal
-Benchmark procurement sustainability practices internally and externally and propose inputs to inform long‑term strategic sustainability plans, including environment (CO2 reduction, recycling, energy saving, …) and social (fair treatment …)
-Monitoring market trends and any new upcoming regulations
-Communicate strategy externally to customers (presentations), to suppliers (letters, town-halls) and to internal teams (bulletin, town-halls, trainings, …)
Support procurement key priorities on Sustainability:
IT Tools Management:
Manage (maintain, develop, administration management) of key tools: Coupa, SCC, FlowEx, Helix
-Functional administration (System error resolutions – POC for all User queries and tool issues, …)
-New enhancements, including Kaizen improvements & prioritize with IT teams for implementations
New Tools implementation (PLM - Helix, Coupa Modules, SCC modules)
IT Tools development/enhancement from Kaizen or process improvements
-AI or Automation for Process efficiency
-Digitization of manual activities (New Forms for manual approvals/Change management/ Matex AOP Project tracking)
-Feasibility evaluation & Support business case preparation
-Set priorities with IT and track progress of implementation
-Build training modules
-Lead multiple training events internal (Procurement Org) & external with suppliers.
Education / Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably Engineering background.
Project Management & MBA (Added plus)
Knowledge of procurement functions (Added plus)
Experience
7-10 years relevant experience.

Prior experience/knowledge of Procurement function,
