As a process supervisor, you will partner with sales & technical service team to maintain & develop business at customer. In this role, you will report to the Global Key Account Manager.

You Will Make an Impact By:

• Maintain a proactive and dedicated attitude toward work until targets are achieved, with a target achievement rate of over 98%.
• Be responsible for the overall implementation of Atotech processes and systems.
• Monitor customer satisfaction effectively by leveraging excellent interpersonal skills and sound communication capabilities from a technical perspective, with a customer satisfaction rate of over 95%.
• Expand and maintain communication with customers and internal employees. Externally: Establish effective communication channels to ensure timely feedback of customer, provide long-term support, identify specific customer needs, and guide customers to recognize how our services can meet their requirements. Internally: Report customer feedback to line manager via phone calls, weekly reports, and problem-solving reports, and propose necessary solutions accordingly.
• Track the daily consumption and inventory of chemical solutions at customer sites, and maintain records on a monthly, weekly, or daily basis when required, with 100% accuracy.
• Ensure that subordinates comply with discipline and adhere to the company’s safety regulations and policies when working at customer sites.
• Travel Requirements: Up to 30% of Travel is required.
