You’ll make a difference by:

• Responsible for end-to-end employee data management in Workday, like Hire (Onboarding), Terminations, Master Data changes, Contractual changes, Payroll inputs etc.
• Experience in different products of employee data management
• Process the assigned cases within the defined SLAs
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end employee lifecycle processes
• Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement.

Your success is grounded in:

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+yrs of experience into EDM.
• Knowledge in Workday
• Knowledge of Excel
• Good communication skills - verbal and written
• Attention to Detail & Data Accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
