We are looking for detail-oriented professionals to join our Managed Services team, supporting real estate data operations, reporting, and invoice processing activities. This role involves working closely with property managers and vendors to ensure accurate, timely data management and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with property managers to ensure timely submission of reports
• Support onboarding of property managers and assist with data submission processes
• Map and reconcile data between internal systems (e.g., 4see) and property manager submissions
• Configure and maintain chart of accounts mappings and related structures
• Review financial and operational data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency
• Identify discrepancies or anomalies and coordinate with stakeholders for resolution
• Perform data validation and analytical reviews to maintain reporting quality
• Review OCR-processed invoices for accuracy before approval workflows
• Coordinate with vendors for invoice clarifications or corrections
• Support invoice processing and managed services operations across real estate portfolios

Required Skills & Experience

• Background in real estate leasing, operations, finance, or managed services
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to identify inconsistencies in financial and operational data
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage large datasets and handle multiple follow-ups efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

• Accounting background is an added advantage
• Experience with real estate platforms (Yardi, MRI Software, etc.) preferred
• Familiarity with invoice processing, OCR validation, and GL coding concepts
