Design Electrical Engineer

In the Czech Republic, Vertiv operates a manufacturing plant in Nišovice near Volyně and two branches in Prague and Pilsen. In total, it employs approximately 400 people there.

We are looking for a Design Electrical Engineer to join our team in Nišovice!

Do you enjoy working on technical solutions, creating electrical documentation, and collaborating across departments? Then this position is just right for you.

Your responsibilities:

• Creation of electrical design documentation for production
• Electrical and schematic design for racks (cabinets) and Geist rPDUs in CAD systems (Creo)
• Technical solutions in line with product catalogs and custom product designs
• Handling specific customer orders and supporting customer solutions
• Working with ERP Oracle and Oracle PLM systems
• Cooperation with other departments to optimize costs and improve processes

Requirements:

• University degree or secondary technical education in electrical engineering
• Communicative level of English
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of CAD software (Creo)
• Knowledge of Oracle Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
• Experience in project management
• Professional qualification according to NV 194/2022 Coll.
• Driving license category B
• Previous experience in a similar position
