Join Cadence’s VEM team, a key R&D group advancing electromagnetic (EM), thermal, and multi‑physics technologies within the Virtuoso platform. This team builds the EM and thermal modeling capabilities that power today’s most advanced semiconductor designs, including 2.5D/3D‑IC and heterogeneous integration flows.
In this role, you’ll work on the Virtuoso Heterogeneous Integration toolset, helping develop next‑generation solutions for EM analysis, thermal analysis, RC extraction and multi‑fabric modeling across IC, package, and system domains.
This is a great opportunity for a motivated Software Engineer to contribute to cutting‑edge multi‑technology design, including cross‑fabric implementation, die stacking, and multi‑physics analysis—all within a supportive, innovative, and highly collaborative environment.
