The Sr. Pricing Analyst is a critical position within the PTx organization and is responsible for developing and executing pricing for the PTx business on current hardware/software and new product introductions. The role is also key in the pricing benchmarking process to ensure the competitiveness of the PTx pricing strategy on a global basis. To achieve this, the job holder will need to work closely with all functions within PTx, including Engineering, Sales & Marketing, and Finance. This role will play a fundamental role in shaping the pricing strategy for PTx to drive value for the business.

Your Impact

  • Develop, analyze, and optimize pricing strategies across products, customers, and regions to maximize revenue and margin. Conduct price elasticity analysis to understand customer demand and inform pricing decisions.

  • Perform advanced statistical analysis (e.g., regression modeling, predictive analytics, segmentation) to identify pricing opportunities and risks. Lead global pricing analysis, ensuring consistency and alignment across international markets while accounting for regional dynamics.

  • Support pricing strategies within a B2B2C business model, balancing the needs of business partners and end customers. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to align pricing with broader business objectives.

  • Build and maintain pricing models, dashboards, and tools to support ongoing decision-making. Analyze competitive pricing trends and market conditions to inform strategy.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on data-driven findings. Monitor pricing performance and continuously refine strategies based on results.

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.

  • 3–7+ years of experience in pricing, analytics, or a closely related domain.

  • Proven expertise in price elasticity modeling, demand analysis, advanced statistical methods, and global/multi-market analysis.

  • Experience working in B2B2C business environments with a strong analytical mindset.

  • Proficiency in analytical and visualization tools (Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) with advanced Excel skills.
