Role Sr. Practice Lead (M&C Practice) Responsibilities • Develop and implement plans to grow the Manufacturing and Consumer business, including service offerings development, market positioning integrating the overall organizational capabilities. • Develop go-to-market strategies for industry specific marketing, sales, and partnership initiatives. • Drive Pre Sales and Solutioning for new business opportunities within M&C Business unit • Own the business consulting services division, committing revenue growth aligned to account mining initiatives. • Establish the practice team as a thought leader in the industry. • Collaborate with other practice leads, business units, and support functions to achieve unit goals. • Understand client needs and provide strategic advice and solutions tailored to the industry. • Manage and mentor a team of consultants, providing guidance, feedback, and fostering professional development. The Role offers. • Lead Manufacturing and Consumer practice and will work directly with global client project teams across manufacturing, Retail and CPG domain. • Drive business growth in existing and new clients and stay ahead of industry trends. • Lead a team of industry experts with a strong business and technology acumen. • Travel frequently to client locations as domain architect for wide variety of technology projects.
