In this role, you'll:
be working as part of a team delivering coordinated management of multiple, complex and interdependent programs to achieve road safety outcomes. You will play a key role in providing oversight, tracking milestones, and managing financial performance across a complex program environment.
We’re seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Senior Portfolio Safety Programs Officer. In this role, you will contribute to the coordinated portfolio management of multiple, complex, and interdependent programs, supporting the delivery of critical road safety initiatives.
-Support portfolio oversight and performance monitoring
-Build and enhance reporting tools (including Power BI dashboards and advanced Excel models) to drive efficiency and transparency
-Maintain data integrity across portfolio systems and reporting frameworks
-Manage financial processes, including forecasting, tracking, and reconciliation
-Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen partnerships and reporting capability.
This is a dynamic role where you’ll work across competing priorities and complex interdependencies, helping to bring clarity, structure, and insight to portfolio delivery.

About you
You are a detail-oriented and analytical professional with strong experience in portfolio, program, or financial reporting environments. You bring a proactive mindset and enjoy solving complex problems using data-driven insights.
You will have:
-Advanced Excel skills and strong experience in developing reporting Power BI dashboards reports
-Demonstrated experience in portfolio analysis, reporting, financial management, or program administration
-Strong capability in financial forecasting and performance tracking
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity
-Highly developed stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work collaboratively
-Experience contributing to governance, reporting frameworks, and continuous improvement
