The Sr. PLC Application Engineer Lead serves as a technical authority—owning standards, complex logic, and mentoring for PLC teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Define reusable code libraries and standards; review and approve complex PLC logic.
• Lead troubleshooting and performance improvements during commissioning.
• Coach engineers; plan training and capability development.
Qualifications
• 10+ years PLC programming with deep Rockwell/Siemens expertise; leadership experience.
• Proficiency in industrial networking and safety interlocks.
Education & Certifications
• Bachelor’s in Electrical/Controls Engineering or equivalent experience.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Primarily office/remote environment with travel to facilities, project sites, and client/vendor meetings as needed. Site work may require PPE, walking/standing on uneven surfaces, and occasional lifting up to 30 lbs. Reasonable accommodations may be made for qualified individuals with disabilities.
