What YouWill Do

• Conduct the QSA and QPA process audit on plating supplier and follow up CAR for close
• Support commodity SQA to handle the plating quality issue with plating suppliers
• Conduct regular process audit at plating suppliers,and push plating supplier for continuous quality improvement & capability development
• Maintain & update approved plating vendor database with plating GSQ
• Coach FAI/IQC to correctly understand plating inspection requirement and implement inspection
• Support testing qualification, failure analysis and technical supporting on plating parts
• Provide training and knowledge sharing as plating SME
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management & supervisor.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor in Chemical or Engineering
• 5 years minimum in quality management on plating process (R2R and Rack plating .)
• Office is skilled
• Good English in writing and speaking
• Knowledge of ISO9000 and be familiar on 8D, PFMEA,SPC, MSA and DOE tooling
• Strong organizational skill to anticipate, plan, organize and self-monitor workload
