• Review Subcontractor's Contract Schedule, Baseline and other schedules submitted by Subcontractor
• Review and validate the monthly programme updates submitted by the Subcontractor as a prerequisite of accepting the Billing of the Subcontractor
• Prepare an integrated internal programme to monitor the interface between Subcontractors
• Prepare impacted schedules based on potential delay event to issue the relevant notices to the Subcontractors whenever there is a delay
• Evaluate the Subcontractor's Extension of Time (EOT) Claim submission
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commercial teams in relation to relevant issues pertaining to planning/scheduling
• Develop monthly and weekly reports as required by the Project team
• Perform other tasks as required by the Supervisor and Management

Required Skills and Competencies

• At least 5 years' experience as Planning Engineer
• Expertise in Planning Software, such as Primavera P6, MS Project, Tilos
• Strong understanding of project planning, sequencing, critical path method, and schedule risk
• Ability to monitor progress against baseline and identify delays
• Capable of preparing extension of time claims and supporting delay analysis
• Good coordination skills with engineering, procurement, construction, and commercial teams
• Strong reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
