As the Senior Packaging Developer, you will lead packaging development activities across multiple brands and sites. You will serve as a recognized internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) and mentor, driving medium/high complexity projects for cost optimization, manufacturing efficiency, and supply continuity across a portfolio of brand and products.
This role blends strategic influence with hands-on technical leadership- partnering with Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Brand teams to ensure packaging systems are optimized for performance, cost, and long-term resilience.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $88,440-$138,440 Base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience for this role, and/or internal equity of our current employees as part of any final offer.
