Oversee and lead strategic planning for the optimization of our indirect catalog and offering in North America, including both expense and capitalized goods, materials and services; as well as new categories. Responsible for designing and analyzing data reports enterprise KPI's, compliance to policies, and identified trends and recommendations for improvement. - Catalog Enablement
- Develop and implement a plan for operational efficiency improvement, effective process and tools to implement automated workflows
- Provide leadership needed to achieve procure to pay initiatives and operating plans including: competitive cost reduction, achieving budgets and forecasts and continuously improving end-to-end processes
- Ensure capable procure-to-pay activities including accounts payable and procurement processes are aligned by achieving productivity, P2P compliance, training and operation goals
- Manage all needed catalog data from a variety of internal and external sources, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Performance and Reporting
- Develop and implement data collection and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets with actionable insights using industry best practices
- Develop, implement, and manage self-service reporting tools
- Talent Management
- Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties: complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports
- Support talent development framework and proven experience in creating/maintaining training curriculum
- Additional Support
- Support other initiatives in the company that may affect CoE's performance and operations

Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree Business Management, Supply Chain & Operations, Retail, CPG, or similar
- 3+ years professional experience in procure to pay activities
- Demonstrated and proven leadership ability
- Ability to synthesize analysis into compelling verbal and written communications and presentations
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Vizio)
- Ability to monitor compliance with established guidelines, policies, procedures, and regulations
- Analytical skills with the ability to identify, quantify and effectively leverage data to support business decisions, communicate opportunities and/or raise business risks
- Self-starter, ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while delivering solid action-oriented results quickly
- Ability to identify, quantify and effectively communicate business risks
- Ability to proactively share insights and seek to understand how to continue to bring value to internal stakeholders
- Ability to become a key point of contact for the team, speak to internal clients on a regular basis, develop and maintain long term relationship with internal stakeholders
Desired
- 5+ years experience with P2P clearly exposed
- 3+ years of professional experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Operations Management
- CPM/CPSM, CSCP or equivalent certification
