Position Summary

The Sr. Order Management Coordinator is the central point of contact for order and backlog-related activity at Rolls-Royce Solutions America, overseeing the end-to-end Order Execution process for assigned accounts or applications. This role ensures accurate order-to-cash execution, timely reporting, and seamless coordination between internal and external customers, while also supporting continuous improvement within the Order Execution function. Operating at the intersection of supply chain, finance, and customer operations, the Sr. Order Management Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring contractual fulfilment and operational visibility across the business

What you will be doing

· Own the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process for assigned customers, ensuring accurate order execution, contractual fulfillment, revenue tracking, and customer satisfaction.

· Serve as the primary point of contact for all order, backlog, and fulfillment activities, coordinating with internal teams and external customers to resolve issues and maintain order visibility.

· Deliver timely and accurate order status, backlog, revenue, and performance reporting to stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision making across the business.

· Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, enhance reporting capabilities, and support continuous improvement within the Order Execution function.

· Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service, and Commercial teams to ensure seamless execution of customer commitments and operational objectives

Basic Requirements:

· Associate's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field with 4+ years of experience in order management, supply chain, or distribution management; OR

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field with 2+ years of experience in order management, supply chain, or distribution management; OR

· Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field; OR

· PhD/JD in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, OR

· 6+ years of experience in supply chain, order management, or distribution management in lieu of a degree.

Preferred Requirements:

· Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes, including order execution, backlog management, and customer fulfilment activities.

· Working knowledge of SAP, ERP systems, and business reporting tools such as Power BI or SAP Analytics Cloud.

· Proven ability to analyse operational data and implement process improvements that enhance customer and business outcomes.

· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with experience collaborating across supply chain, finance, commercial, and customer-facing teams.

Pay ranges for remote employees are based on the state where the employee resides and may vary from the posted range.
