
About the Role
Fayetteville Public Works Commission is seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle Database Administrator (DBA) to support and manage enterprise database environments across on‑premise and cloud platforms. This role is responsible for ensuring the performance, integrity, availability, and security of Oracle databases that support critical business operations.
The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, a service‑oriented mindset, and the ability to independently troubleshoot complex issues while partnering with internal teams to deliver reliable system performance.

What You’ll Bring
Minimum Qualifications
Option A:
Bachelor’s degree + 7 years database administration experience
OR Associate degree + 11 years experience
OR High school diploma + 15 years experience
At least 1 year of lead experience preferred
