
Chemonics is recruiting for a Senior Director, Operations. This role serves as Senior Director of Operations to Chemonics’ President of the Professional Services Business Segment and oversees the Core Division. Draws on a thorough mastery of Chemonics’ operations, projects, and management practices to drive the execution of Chemonics’ Professional Services strategy, ensuring the President’s vision is effectively captured, communicated, and implemented. Leads design and execution of executive retreats and monthly meetings for both the broader Executive Management Team, Front Office, and Professional Services Leadership team to ensure effective decision-making and risk mitigation strategies. Monitors and informs achievement of key performance and key risk indicators to achieve goals and mitigate risks. Supervises Core Division and leadership team operations, communications function, practice support function, and cross-segment special initiatives. This role requires on-site work in our anticipated office in Arlington, VA as part of our hybrid, flexible work structure. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
