This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sr Operations Consultant in India.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of data analytics, operations consulting, and emerging AI technologies to drive smarter business decision-making. You will play a key role in building advanced data solutions that improve operational efficiency, automate reporting processes, and generate actionable insights for stakeholders. The position involves working with modern tools such as Python, SQL, Power BI, and generative AI platforms to design scalable analytics and automation solutions. You will collaborate closely with business teams to translate operational challenges into data-driven solutions that improve performance and productivity. This is a highly impactful, hands-on role ideal for professionals who enjoy combining technical expertise with business problem-solving in a dynamic, remote-first environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and deliver advanced data analytics and reporting solutions to support operational decision-making across business teams.
  • Build and maintain Python-based data pipelines, automation scripts, and API integrations for scalable analytics workflows.
  • Design and optimize complex SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and functions with a focus on performance and reliability.
  • Work with generative AI tools including LLMs, prompt engineering techniques, and RAG-based architectures using platforms such as OpenAI and Google Gemini.
  • Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards, including DAX measures, Power Query transformations, and data modeling.
  • Analyze ServiceNow ticketing and operational data to generate insights and identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Use AI-assisted tools such as Microsoft Copilot to improve efficiency and decision-making across workflows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables aligned with business objectives and operational priorities.

    • Requirements:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations consulting, analytics, or data-focused roles.
    • Strong proficiency in Python for data manipulation, automation, and API integration.
    • Advanced SQL Server expertise including writing and optimizing complex queries, stored procedures, and functions.
    • Hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, and data modeling).
    • Practical exposure to generative AI concepts such as LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and tools like OpenAI or Google Gemini.
    • Experience working with ServiceNow reporting or operational datasets is a plus.
    • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a business-oriented mindset.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).
