Job Description

Requirements:

• Qualification: BE (Industrial Manufacturing/Textile) or MBA
  
• Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience
  

Responsibilities:

• Develop an extensive resource-wise plan for Cutting, Stitching, and Packing by every month end, incorporating demand in collaboration with the production and Sales/Marketing to meet the monthly sales target.
  
• Confirm all incoming orders within a lead time, ensuring timely shipment from all stages by the targeted date without any On-Time In Full issues.
  
• Coordinate and aggressively follow up with the material planner and material procurement team to ensure on-time availability fabrics and trims, facilitating smooth execution of production plans.
  
• Monitor the productivity from cut to pack level against the plan, circulating daily reports.
  
• Resolve or escalate if production deviates from the plan, ensuring no Stitching plan is affected due to material unavailability or production delays.
  
• Ensure timely issuance of all Production Orders across production areas, complying with provided SOPs.
  
• Coordinate with shipment planner and logistics team for on-time execution of shipments before month end.
  
• Maintain and update Master Production Schedule (MPS) and Daily Tracking Sheet (DTS) on daily basis to review the capacities and production load.
