Job Purpose: The Geological Reports Executive is responsible for preparing comprehensive geological reports and documentation to support exploration and mining activities. This role involves the analysis of geological data, creation of geological maps and models, and ensuring that all reports comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements. The Geological Reports Executive works closely with geologists, exploration teams, and stakeholders to provide accurate and insightful geological information that facilitates informed decision-making and efficient project execution.

Geological Data Analysis and Interpretation

• *Gather and reconcile data from survey, exploration and GIS and remote sensing data.
• *Analyze geological, geochemical, and geophysical data to support exploration and mining projects.
• *Interpret geological data to identify mineralization zones and evaluate resource potential.
• *Utilize GIS and geological modeling software to develop geological maps, cross-sections, and 3D models.

Report Preparation and Documentation

• *Prepare comprehensive geological reports in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• *Draft geological descriptions, assay results, and interpretations based on data analysis.
• *Ensure all reports are accurate, detailed, and submitted in a timely manner.

Geological Mapping and Modeling

• *Create geological maps and cross-sections to illustrate geological features and resource distribution.
• *Develop and update geological models using field survey data and remote sensing information.
• *Ensure all geological maps and models are well-documented and stored in the geological database.

Compliance and Quality Assurance

• *Ensure all geological reports and documentation comply with the United Nations Framework Classification (UNFC) standards and other relevant regulations.
• *Conduct quality assurance checks to maintain the accuracy and reliability of geological data and reports.
• *Regularly update geological documentation based on new data and findings.

Stakeholder Communication and Coordination

• *Collaborate with geologists, exploration teams, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for report preparation.
• *Communicate geological findings and insights to internal teams and external stakeholders effectively.
• *Participate in meetings and presentations to discuss geological reports and project progress.

Continuous Improvement and Learning

• *Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in geological reporting and data analysis.
• *Seek opportunities for professional development and skill enhancement in geological sciences.
• *Contribute to the continuous improvement of geological reporting processes and methodologies.

Work Experience (Range of years):

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Geography, GIS, Environmental Science, or a related field
• Work Experience: 2+ Years
